A deposit is required before the Schedule date of check-in, for the total amount of the Reservation; for groups, agencies, companies, and non-refundable rates.

All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card for the full duration of stay booked.

It is important to read the cancellation policies that apply to your Reservation as some rates may be Non – Refundable. These are the types of rate:

Best Available Rate - Flexible
  *If a reservation is cancelled less tan 48 hours prior to the Schedule date of check in, a cancellation fee equivalente to one (1) nigth accommodation rate will apply.
  *A no-show fee, equivalente to one (1) nigth accommodation rate will apply.

SALE - Non Refundable
  *Non-Refundable rates are exclusive offers that require full prepayment at the time of booking and is non refundable.
  *For no shows or late cancellation the total amount of stay + taxes will be charged as penalty fee.

Peruvian citizens and foreigners who stay more than 59 days in Peru must pay a tax of 18% (IGV). To be exempt from this tax, you must present the migration card (TAM) and passport .We will download your TAM ,when you arrives to the hostel. In case of no show this tax will be charged.

Foreign business travellers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru.

Peruvian guests who have dual nationality must present a copy of the migration card (TAM) and the foreign nationality passport. Both documents are needed to be exempt from paying the tax, otherwise 18% tax must be paid. If you enter the country with a Peruvian passport or DNI, you must pay 18% tax.

The room will be available from 15:00 hours. If you enter before 15:00 hours, will be charged one night.

The room must be vacated by 12:00 noon. If you wish to stay more than 12:00 noon in the room, will be charged one night.

We accept all credit cards such as: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Union Pay.

Rates are in US Dollars.

When you check-in, you must pay the total amount of the reservations.

To extend the days of stay, please verified the availability of the room with Reception, 2 days before the date check out.

If you pay in cash in dollars, they should not have any break or stain.

We do not accept Travelers Checks or deposits made during your stay.

If you make a booking for more than 4 rooms, we may charge the total amount of the reservation to your credit card left in guarantee.

Children and teenagers under 18 ages must be with their parents or guardian and present their ID. If one of the parents is absent, present TAM for foreign minors or DNI that accredits filiation for nationals, also must present a notarised letter of consent of the other parent. If the guest is not the child's parent, must show a notarised letter of consent from both parents.

When the children and teenagers groups check-in, we will ask the guide for the photocopies of the authorizations of the parents of each child who stay in the hostel.

Children under the age of 10 can stay for free using existing bedding. (Maximum 1 child)

We have free cots for children under 2 years, just request it in your reservation.

Children from 11 years old or adults can stay for $ 16 per extra bed per night.

The maximum number of extra beds in a room or suite is 1.

All visitors must present their identity document at the Reception.

Guests can receive visits in their rooms or suites between 7:00 until 19:00 hours.

We do not have parking.

We do not accept pets.
